Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Female Patient Care Assistants to join our expanding Home Care Services division. This role involves providing essential care and support to patients in their own homes, ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving, a nurturing attitude, and a commitment to delivering personalized health support to individuals with varying medical or physical needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health conditions under supervision

• Administer prescribed medications and report any adverse reactions to healthcare professionals

• Support mobility and ensure patient safety through appropriate lifting and transfer techniques

• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the patients environment

• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients

• Communicate effectively with family members and report patient progress or concerns

• Follow care plans and medical instructions diligently

• Accompany patients to appointments or errands when required

• Respond quickly and calmly in case of emergencies or unexpected medical issues

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass (Higher Secondary Education)

• Basic knowledge of patient care or caregiving

• Physically fit and able to lift or support patients when required

• Good communication skills in Hindi or regional language; knowledge of English is a plus

• Empathetic, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure

• Certification in caregiving or nursing assistant (preferred but not mandatory)

• Female candidates only (as per the specific care requirements)

Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in patient care, home nursing, or elderly care preferred

• Freshers with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• Full-Time or Part-Time roles available

• Shift-based work: Morning, Evening, or 24-hour live-in options depending on patient needs

• Flexible schedule options for live-in caregivers (with scheduled time-off)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Basic understanding of patient hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support

• Ability to follow medical instructions and recognize signs of health deterioration

• Strong interpersonal and listening skills

• Respect for privacy, dignity, and cultural sensitivity in patient care

• Ability to maintain records and reports as per caregiver protocol
