Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is hiring motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Line Operators for a leading Mobile Manufacturing Plant. This role is ideal for individuals with technical qualifications (ITI or Diploma) who are looking to grow in a structured and fast-paced production environment. As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be responsible for assembling components, maintaining product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency on the production line.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mobile phone components as per technical instructions and guidelines.

  • Operate machines, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely.

  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure conformance to specifications.

  • Report malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors immediately.

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workstation and follow 5S standards.

  • Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

  • Support inventory control and material handling when required.

  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

  • Ability to understand assembly drawings, SOPs, and quality checklists.

  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and electronic component handling.

  • Physically fit and capable of working in a standing position for long hours.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.


Experience

  • Freshers with relevant technical qualifications are welcome.

  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in electronics or mobile phone assembly will be given preference.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night as per plant schedule).

  • 6 days working; Sunday fixed off.

  • Overtime and additional incentives for weekend work or extended hours.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and safety norms.

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume production environment.

  • Understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.

  • Basic reading and writing skills in English or regional language.
