HR Service Jobs is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at electrical project sites. This role is ideal for diploma holders with a strong foundation in electrical systems, project supervision, and contractor coordination. You will be responsible for supervising installations, ensuring safety compliance, managing work schedules, and coordinating with engineering and construction teams to ensure timely and quality execution of all electrical work.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and testing work at construction and contractor project sites.

• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, and electrical standards.

• Allocate work to electricians, helpers, and subcontractors as per the project plan.

• Monitor material usage, site productivity, and work progress.

• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and quality compliance.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily work reports and site logs.

• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution.

• Identify and resolve technical site issues in real-time.

• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment at the site.

• Participate in project planning meetings and provide inputs on technical and resource needs.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Required).

• Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuit layouts, and safety practices.

• Basic proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical documents.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to manage site teams and report to managers.

• Familiarity with standard tools, safety codes, and practices on construction sites.

• Computer literacy for basic reporting and communication (MS Word/Excel preferred).

• Ability to handle site emergencies calmly and effectively.

🎓 Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in electrical site supervision or relevant fieldwork.

• Fresh diploma holders with strong practical training may also apply.

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Flexible to work extended hours or weekends based on project urgency.

• Site travel may be required depending on project locations.

• Hands-on experience with electrical installations in commercial/residential/industrial sites.
