Job Summary:

Hulu is looking for highly motivated and empathetic Work-at-Home Customer Service Associates to join our dedicated support team. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone regarding account, billing, subscription, or technical issues.

• Provide timely and professional follow-ups when needed.

• Meet and exceed daily performance metrics including call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support while ensuring clear documentation.

• Stay updated on Hulus latest features, promotions, and system updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

• Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of streaming devices and apps.

• Ability to multitask across systems and platforms while maintaining attention to detail.

• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy.

• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines in a remote environment.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or remote setting.

• Experience in tech support, streaming platforms, or subscription-based services is a strong plus.

• Freshers with exceptional communication skills and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:

• Full-time or part-time positions available.

• Flexible scheduling across morning, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate a global audience.

• Must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
