As a Picker & Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and packing products according to order specifications. You will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where efficiency, reliability, and precision are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy and speed.

• Operate handheld scanners and follow digital picking instructions.

• Check products for quality, quantity, and condition.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Ensure packaging is secure and meets shipment requirements.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.

• Follow company policies and health & safety standards at all times.

• Participate in basic inventory checks and stock management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Good physical stamina – able to lift, bend, stand, and walk for long periods.

• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and procedures.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Full training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 40–48 hours per week.

• Shift Patterns: Day shifts, evening shifts, weekend rotations available.

• Overtime available during peak periods (paid additionally).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with scanning devices or warehouse management systems is a plus.

• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.

• Good communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to follow safety instructions and operational guidelines consistently.
