SysTechCare Support is seeking a talented and detail-driven Digital Product Designer to lead the visual and UX design of our digital products across web and mobile platforms. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing professionals to transform ideas into engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. You will play a vital role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of our digital solutions, ensuring seamless user interactions through beautifully crafted interfaces.
Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and usability principles.
Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX designs using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components to maintain design consistency across products.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement and refine design ideas based on user feedback.
Optimize designs based on performance data, user behavior analytics, and evolving requirements.
Deliver pixel-perfect mockups and maintain documentation for development teams.
Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design experience across web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first principles.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not required for development, but helpful for collaboration).
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities in a fast-paced environment.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital product or interface design.
Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or eCommerce platforms is highly desirable.
Flexible hours with core availability between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
100% Remote, with occasional virtual team meetings and design reviews.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into intuitive visual designs.
Effective time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong grasp of digital trends, UI animations, and interactive experiences.
