Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / Web Graphics Designer to craft visually compelling assets for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping user experience by designing intuitive, aesthetically engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and user-centric design philosophy. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to ensure consistency and excellence in every digital touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and responsive web UI components, page layouts, and graphics for desktop and mobile platforms.

• Develop visual assets such as banners, icons, mockups, wireframes, landing pages, and promotional graphics.

• Work with product and development teams to turn wireframes and user journeys into high-fidelity designs.

• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.

• Participate in user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback and data.

• Ensure visual designs meet accessibility standards and modern UI/UX best practices.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve output quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Excellent understanding of modern UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web layout techniques.

• Ability to convert brand guidelines into visually coherent interfaces.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend development collaboration.

• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, spacing, and color theory.

• Ability to interpret complex requirements into simple and engaging design solutions.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.

Experience

• 2–4 years of professional experience in UI/web design or a similar digital design role.

• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across various digital platforms (web, mobile, responsive apps) is mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Flexible schedule with core working hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

• Remote with optional in-office collaboration (as needed)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong aesthetic sensibility with the ability to work quickly and iteratively.

• Knowledge of UX research methodologies and how they influence design.

• Familiarity with agile workflows and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative problem-solving and openness to feedback and revision.
