Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our remote design team. In this role, you will support our visual communication goals through professional-quality graphic design work, with a strong focus on desktop publishing, print-ready materials, brand collateral, and digital templates. Key Responsibilities

• Design print and digital materials including brochures, flyers, posters, reports, social media creatives, and infographics.

• Assist in developing visual assets for marketing campaigns and internal communications.

• Collaborate with senior designers, marketing teams, and copywriters to conceptualize and execute design solutions.

• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual standards across all media.

• Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring correct color profiles, bleeds, resolution, and file formats.

• Revise and improve existing templates or layouts based on feedback and brand updates.

• Maintain organized libraries of visual assets and design files.

• Assist with minor motion graphics or interactive PDFs (optional based on skill level).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential).

• Solid understanding of layout principles, color theory, and typography.

• Ability to prepare print-ready files with a strong attention to detail.

• Knowledge of design standards across print and digital platforms.

• Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude.

Experience

• 0–2 years of professional or freelance graphic design experience.

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply.

• Previous exposure to desktop publishing and print production will be a strong advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on project deadlines.

• Core coordination window: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (for meetings or collaboration).

• Work-from-home setup with occasional check-ins via Zoom or Teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Familiarity with print production techniques (CMYK setup, bleed, trim marks).

• Ability to follow visual brand guidelines and adapt creative styles accordingly.

• Awareness of design trends and user-centric principles.

• Basic understanding of design accessibility and readability standards.

• Optional: Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Microsoft Publisher is a plus.
