Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for a talented and trend-savvy Fashion Stylist to collaborate on exciting virtual styling projects for clients across India and international markets. As a remote stylist, you will play a key role in enhancing client confidence and personal style by offering curated looks, wardrobe advice, and virtual styling consultations via online platforms. This role is ideal for passionate individuals who are up to date with global fashion trends and eager to work in a digital-first environment with creative freedom and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual style consultations with individual and corporate clients across regions.

• Create mood boards, outfit recommendations, and personalized styling suggestions based on client preferences, body types, and occasions.

• Work with global clients on personal branding, wardrobe updates, and seasonal trends.

• Collaborate with photographers, makeup artists, and fashion brands for commercial projects as required.

• Curate digital lookbooks and style guides using visual tools and fashion software.

• Offer styling support for events, photo shoots, media appearances, and e-commerce catalogs.

• Stay updated with fashion week trends, celebrity styles, emerging designers, and social media aesthetics.

• Provide customer care and post-styling follow-ups via email, chat, or video call.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Fashion Styling, Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven experience).

• Strong sense of style and understanding of fabric types, color theory, and body silhouettes.

• Proficiency in digital tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or similar styling software.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clientele.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple styling projects.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion styling, personal styling, editorial styling, or virtual styling services.

• Freshers with a strong portfolio or fashion blog/social media presence may also apply.

• Prior experience in remote or freelance client servicing is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours based on client availability and time zones.

• Weekend availability or evening slots may be required for international consultations.

• Freelance roles can be adjusted based on project scope.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about fashion and image consultancy.

• Sound knowledge of current fashion trends, luxury and high-street brands.

• Attention to detail in assembling outfits and accessorizing.

• Cultural awareness to style clients from various regions appropriately.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and affiliate marketing (preferred).

• Ability to manage styling projects through online collaboration tools like Zoom, Trello, Slack, etc.
