Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with strong expertise in Tableau and Power BI to join our dynamic data and analytics team in Chennai. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making across departments, and helping drive business growth through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Tableau and Power BI.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and dashboard requirements.

• Create compelling visualizations and interactive reports that provide deep business insights.

• Monitor, analyze, and interpret trends in data sets to support key business functions (sales, operations, finance, etc.).

• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and data models from various data sources.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and deliver actionable analytics.

• Assist in data governance and documentation of BI tools and reporting procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL is mandatory.

• Strong experience with data warehousing and data visualization best practices.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, with advanced functions and pivot tables.

• Strong understanding of database concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar analytical role.

• Previous experience in designing enterprise-level dashboards or reports is highly preferred.

• Industry exposure in sectors like retail, finance, healthcare, or e-commerce will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

• Flexible working hours between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

• Hybrid or remote flexibility available for qualified candidates
