Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and customer-driven individuals to join our growing team as Weekend Retail Sales Associates in top shopping malls across Delhi NCR. This part-time role is perfect for students, freshers, or anyone looking to earn extra income over the weekends while gaining hands-on retail experience. You will represent top lifestyle brands and provide a high-quality shopping experience for customers through exceptional service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment on the sales floor

• Assist shoppers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the stores product offerings and ongoing promotions

• Ensure merchandise is well-organized, stocked, and attractively displayed

• Handle billing processes, operate POS systems, and process cash/card transactions accurately

• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store revenue goals

• Support in-store events, product launches, and weekend campaigns as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass or currently enrolled in a degree program

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude

• Confidence in interacting with diverse customers in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle point-of-sale (POS) systems

• Well-groomed and presentable

Experience

• Fresher-Friendly – Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory

• On-the-job training will be provided to all selected candidates

Working Hours

• Part-Time | Weekend Only

• Saturday & Sunday (10:00 AM – 8:00 PM or as per mall/store schedule)

• Flexibility to work extended hours during holidays or seasonal sales is appreciated

• Strong interpersonal and persuasive selling skills

• Basic understanding of retail operations and customer engagement

• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment

• High energy level and passion for fashion, electronics, or lifestyle retail
