Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for dynamic, customer-oriented individuals to join our evening shift team as Part-Time Customer Support Executives. This role is ideal for students, fresh graduates, or professionals seeking flexible evening hours. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, issues, and service-related questions through calls, emails, or chats. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our support operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and offering effective solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the internal CRM system.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines related to customer service and data confidentiality.

  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass or currently pursuing graduation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and email communication.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, patient approach toward handling queries.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or call center roles will be an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

  • Flexible scheduling options available for college-going candidates.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Ability to empathize with customers and remain composed under pressure.

  • Good problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
