Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for night shift roles in our BPO division, handling international (US/UK) voice and non-voice processes. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or chat for US/UK clients.

• Resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines while adapting responses to the situation.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of each customer interaction in CRM tools.

• Meet individual and team KPIs related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts for continuous process improvement.

• Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, communication, and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to comprehend US/UK accents with clear diction.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

• Basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM platforms.

• Ability to multitask and handle stress during peak hours.

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Experience

• Freshers and Experienced Candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in international BPO or call center operations will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Night Shift Only (Rotational Shifts as per US/UK Time Zones).

• 5 Days Working (2 rotational weekly offs).

• Shifts may vary between 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (approx. depending on process requirements).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Understanding of BPO processes, particularly voice and chat-based support.

• Familiarity with handling customers from the US and UK regions.

• Capability to work in high-pressure scenarios while delivering consistent performance.

• Excellent time management and adaptability to night shifts.

• Knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is a plus.
