SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Non‑Voice Process Associate to join our fast-growing customer operations team. This role involves handling backend tasks such as data entry, email/chat support, and information verification, ensuring high-quality service delivery without direct voice interaction. Ideal candidates will be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, or internal ticketing systems.
Perform accurate data entry, processing, and maintenance across various platforms.
Identify and escalate priority issues to relevant departments in a timely manner.
Monitor assigned queues and manage service requests efficiently.
Review, verify, and process documentation and records.
Maintain compliance with process and quality standards.
Provide support to internal teams with administrative or process-related tasks.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
Proficiency in written English with excellent grammar and comprehension.
Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 WPM) with high accuracy.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Basic understanding of customer service principles.
Willingness to learn internal tools and adapt to new technology.
Freshers are welcome to apply with proper training support provided.
1–2 years of experience in BPO/Non-Voice/Data Processing roles is an added advantage.
Flexible Shifts available (Day/Night shifts based on project).
Weekends Off / Rotational Week-Offs depending on client requirement.
Remote and hybrid roles are open depending on location and experience.
Sound knowledge of basic computer operations and email etiquette.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
