Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Insurance Sales Trainees. You will undergo structured training to gain a deep understanding of insurance products and sales techniques while working closely with experienced mentors. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the full range of insurance products offered (life, health, auto, etc.).

  • Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.

  • Identify client needs and offer customized insurance solutions.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.

  • Participate in product and sales training programs.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.

  • Collaborate with the internal team for client onboarding and service resolution.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

  • Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain persistence.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ethical mindset and high level of integrity.


Experience

  • No prior experience in insurance sales is required.

  • Fresh graduates or individuals from any industry background are encouraged to apply.

  • Sales, retail, or customer service experience will be considered a plus.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Occasional weekend availability may be required during high-volume sales periods.

  • Flexible remote work options available depending on performance and location.
