SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about HR operations and eager to build a solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative support. As a Junior HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily HR functions, ensuring efficient processes, up-to-date documentation, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, terminations, and changes in employment status.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
Assist in preparing HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance reports.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.
Respond to internal HR queries and provide guidance in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
Track and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR team.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
0–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
Internship experience in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours may be considered based on business needs)
Basic understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and employee lifecycle management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
