SysTechCare Support is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Trainee Event Coordinator to support our growing event management team. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for recent graduates or aspiring professionals eager to build a career in the exciting world of event planning and coordination. You will play a key role in helping organize and execute corporate events, virtual webinars, client meetings, training sessions, and internal team-building activities. Under the guidance of senior event managers, you will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end event execution.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company events, both virtual and in-person.
Coordinate logistics including venue arrangements, event materials, travel, vendor communication, and scheduling.
Support registration processes, attendee tracking, and event promotions.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotional materials, social media, and communication content.
Prepare post-event reports and help evaluate success and areas of improvement.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
Maintain event calendars, budgets, and documentation in an organized manner.
Participate in brainstorming and team planning sessions to enhance event creativity and engagement.
Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing final semester) in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn and contribute proactively.
No prior experience required—this is a trainee/entry-level position.
Internship or academic exposure to event planning will be considered a plus.
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (IST)
Occasionally may require availability during weekends or evenings depending on event schedules (with compensatory off).
