SysTechCare Support is seeking dynamic and driven individuals to join our sales team as Sales Trainees specializing in FMCG field operations. This entry-level role is designed for motivated individuals who are eager to gain real-world sales experience by actively engaging with retailers, distributors, and customers across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a willingness to work on the ground, and a strong interest in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas to promote and sell FMCG products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, wholesalers, and distribution partners.
Demonstrate product features, offer samples, and address customer queries in person.
Monitor product placement, visibility, and in-store branding as per company standards.
Collect market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and order processing.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and submit detailed field reports.
Attend training sessions and participate in team meetings and sales reviews.
Provide feedback from the field to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (final-year students or recent graduates are also welcome).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude.
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
Basic understanding of FMCG products and retail channels.
Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
0–1 year of experience in sales, field marketing, or internships in FMCG/retail sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with a strong passion for sales and fieldwork are encouraged to apply.
Full-time: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (may vary based on market schedules and region)
Field-based with regular travel to assigned locations.
Understanding of customer behavior in local retail markets.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong observational and reporting skills.
Confidence in approaching and interacting with new customers.
