Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and innovative Digital Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital platforms and solutions. This on-site role requires a product leader who can bridge business objectives with technology capabilities to create best-in-class digital experiences. You will own the product lifecycle end-to-end—from discovery and ideation to launch and continuous optimization—working cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, own, and execute the digital product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.

  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to validate product decisions.

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and effective user experiences.

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for technical teams.

  • Collaborate with development teams to deliver timely, high-quality digital solutions.

  • Measure product performance through data analytics, user feedback, and KPIs.

  • Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and opportunities.

  • Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs in every stage of product development.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management.

  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, including executive leadership.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in digital product management, preferably in B2B or tech-driven environments.

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development life cycles.

  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).

  • Solid technical foundation to work effectively with engineering teams.


Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role.

  • Demonstrated success in launching digital products or platforms.

  • Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.


Working Hours

  • Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)

  • On-site presence required during core business hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed during product launches or critical timelines.
