Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our dynamic UI/UX Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually compelling and user-centered websites and digital experiences. Your mission is to translate user needs and business goals into engaging interfaces that provide an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life through stunning visuals and seamless interactivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, responsive, and accessible web interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Collaborate with UI/UX researchers to integrate user feedback into design iterations.

• Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of design.

• Maintain and improve existing websites based on analytics and performance metrics.

• Keep up to date with design trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Ensure design consistency across various digital touchpoints.

• Conduct usability testing and resolve UI issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and design systems.

• Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong visual design sense with attention to detail.

Experience

• 2–5 years of professional experience in Web Design, UI/UX, or a related field.

• Portfolio showcasing a range of responsive web design work is mandatory.

• Prior experience working in agile or cross-functional teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible/Hybrid Schedule Available)

• Occasional evening hours based on project timelines or collaborative sprints.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of design theory, typography, color, and layout.

• Strong problem-solving skills and user-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (like Bootstrap or Tailwind) is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Strong sense of accountability and ownership of work.
