Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for a creative and technically proficient Game Developer (Unity 3D) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for interactive entertainment, a strong background in Unity 3D game development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy engaging gaming experiences. You will contribute to both gameplay programming and optimization, ensuring immersive performance on multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive games and simulations using Unity 3D engine.

• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to implement gameplay features and systems.

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable C# code.

• Optimize game performance across different devices and platforms (iOS, Android, PC).

• Implement animations, UI, and in-game physics with an eye for detail and player experience.

• Debug, test, and document game features.

• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide innovative ideas for new game mechanics or improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Unity 3D game engine and C# programming.

• Solid understanding of game development workflows, asset integration, and version control (Git preferred).

• Experience working with 2D/3D game assets, including animations and particle effects.

• Familiarity with physics, AI behavior, animation systems, and UI development in Unity.

• Ability to write well-documented and efficient code.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional or freelance experience in Unity 3D development.

• A portfolio of completed Unity projects (games, prototypes, or personal projects) is required.

• Experience with AR/VR or multiplayer game mechanics is a plus.

• Knowledge of publishing games to app stores (Google Play, App Store) is desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time from 10 AM – 4 PM (IST).

• Option for remote or hybrid work depending on location and preference.

• Occasional weekend support may be required during game releases or deadlines.
