Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Machine Learning Developer – Scikit-Learn to join our growing team of AI professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and data pipelines primarily using Scikit-Learn and Python. You will work alongside data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to build intelligent systems that drive real-world business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable machine learning models using Scikit-Learn and Python.

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features.

• Work closely with data engineering teams to collect, clean, and structure data for modeling.

• Develop pipelines for training, validating, and deploying ML models into production environments.

• Perform model tuning, validation, and A/B testing to improve model performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical ML solutions.

• Document processes, models, and code in a clear and maintainable way.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and research in the field of machine learning and data science.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python with deep expertise in Scikit-Learn.

• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data structures.

• Experience working with data preprocessing, feature selection, and model evaluation techniques.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.

• Working knowledge of pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter Notebooks.

• Understanding of MLOps principles and version control using Git.

• Good written and verbal communication skills to explain complex ML concepts to non-technical audiences.

Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning development.

• Proven track record of building and deploying ML models in production.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

• Previous experience in cross-functional agile teams is desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time | 40 hours per week

• Flexible schedule with core hours between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST

• Occasional evening meetings based on project collaboration or client location.
