Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst (ERP/CRM) to oversee and enhance our enterprise systems across departments. The ideal candidate will act as a critical liaison between our technical teams and business units, ensuring our ERP and CRM systems are aligned with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring system solutions, and supporting process automation while ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current ERP and CRM systems, gather business requirements, and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system inefficiencies and develop practical solutions.

• Configure and maintain ERP/CRM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development and implementation.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Develop detailed documentation including user manuals, training guides, and technical specs.

• Assist in project planning, testing, and deployment of new modules or upgrades.

• Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for system integration.

• Provide ongoing user support and conduct training sessions for key stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of ERP/CRM systems and business processes.

• Proficient in SQL, data modeling, and reporting tools.

• Experience with system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a Systems Analyst or similar role.

• Hands-on experience in at least one major ERP/CRM platform (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Prior experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

• Flexibility required during project rollouts or international collaboration.

• Remote flexibility available with periodic on-site meetings when necessary.
