Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is actively seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer (PHP + Laravel) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and applications, from layout to function, according to project specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Laravel Framework.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.

• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

• Integrate third-party APIs and data sources.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain documentation across all development projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PHP and solid hands-on experience with Laravel (v8 and above).

• Good understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.

• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.

• Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL.

• Ability to write clean, secure, and scalable code.

Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel development.

• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

• Prior experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure is desirable but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-Time Position

• Monday to Friday

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

• Flexible working hours and remote options available for qualified candidates.
