SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer – Azure Tools to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in automating and optimizing our deployment pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and delivery across development, testing, and production environments using Microsoft Azure cloud services and related DevOps toolchains. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, QA teams, and infrastructure specialists to build, maintain, and scale DevOps solutions that support enterprise-grade software systems.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tools.

  • Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.

  • Automate deployment and configuration of cloud resources in Azure environments.

  • Monitor performance, reliability, and security of systems, recommending improvements where necessary.

  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to support application build, test, and release cycles.

  • Administer version control systems (e.g., Git), branching strategies, and release tagging processes.

  • Manage containerization using Docker and orchestrate with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).

  • Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

  • Maintain documentation on system configurations, build and release processes, and DevOps standards.

  • Ensure compliance with security best practices and conduct routine audits for vulnerabilities.


✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience working in a DevOps role with strong focus on Azure.

  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools, including Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts, and Boards.

  • Proficiency with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

  • Solid understanding of Git-based version control and CI/CD methodologies.

  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.

  • Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/AKS.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills in distributed cloud environments.

  • Working knowledge of monitoring and logging in Azure environments.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer, preferably in an Azure-focused environment.

  • Experience in enterprise-level software development or IT operations teams is highly desirable.


🕐 Working Hours

  • Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

  • Flexibility: May be required to support occasional off-hour deployments or troubleshooting.
