Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI Developer (React.js + HTML/CSS) to join our dynamic front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building highly responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications that serve global users. You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate user requirements into engaging digital experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, responsive web user interfaces using React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Convert UI/UX design wireframes into functional and interactive components.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality products.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry standards and best practices.

• Perform regular code reviews and troubleshoot issues to ensure high performance and responsiveness.

• Stay current with emerging technologies, UI trends, and front-end development practices.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product demos in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in React.js with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and hooks.

• Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.

• Knowledge of RESTful APIs integration and asynchronous programming (AJAX, Fetch, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub.

• Ability to work with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to translate visual designs into code.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer.

• Proven track record of delivering scalable and visually appealing web applications.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

• Flexible working options available based on project needs

• Occasional extended hours may be required during key deliverable periods.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
