Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Blockchain Developer to join our On-Site Innovation Lab. This role is focused on the design, development, and deployment of next-generation blockchain solutions across industries. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving decentralized application strategies, contributing to the architecture of blockchain infrastructure, and ensuring the security and scalability of our blockchain products. You will work alongside a dynamic team of innovators and engineers in an agile environment pushing the boundaries of Web3 technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts primarily on Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other leading blockchain platforms.

• Build and maintain decentralized applications (DApps) and integrate them with front-end components.

• Participate in the architecture and development of scalable blockchain solutions.

• Research and evaluate new blockchain technologies and tools, and propose implementation plans.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.

• Maintain security and performance of blockchain applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot and debug blockchain-related issues and offer robust solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain, crypto protocols, and distributed computing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in smart contract development using Solidity, Rust, or Vyper.

• Hands-on experience with blockchain frameworks like Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Polkadot.

• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and decentralized protocols.

• Experience with Web3 libraries such as Web3.js, Ethers.js, or Polkadot.js.

• Familiarity with tools like Truffle, Hardhat, Remix, and Ganache.

• Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.

• Solid experience in programming languages like JavaScript, Go, Python, or Node.js.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of professional software development experience.

• At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in blockchain technology development and smart contracts.

• Experience working in agile development environments and innovation labs is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-Time, On-Site Role

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexibility required to collaborate with international teams when needed
