SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Engineer to join our on-site product and design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, playing a pivotal role in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong aesthetic sense, a user-centered mindset, and a passion for improving customer experiences through purposeful design.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience and interface requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs and behaviors.
Translate business and user requirements into functional UI/UX designs.
Ensure consistent branding, design language, and accessibility across platforms.
Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business requirements.
Stay current with design trends, UI frameworks, and usability best practices.
Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Experience with usability testing and user research techniques.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across platforms.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
2–4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Engineer or Designer in a product-based or digital environment.
Proven track record of delivering usable, aesthetically pleasing, and scalable design solutions.
Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (On-site role).
Occasional flexibility may be required based on project milestones.
Deep understanding of UX methodologies, principles, and best practices.
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
