Job Summary

MNC Jobs Info is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Backend GoLang Developer to join our fast-paced, agile software development team. This is a fully remote position ideal for candidates who are passionate about scalable back-end systems, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and performance optimization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing high-performance server-side logic and maintaining our core backend infrastructure using GoLang.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services and APIs using GoLang.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Architect scalable and reliable systems that handle large volumes of data and traffic.

• Implement security and data protection best practices across backend systems.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and bugs.

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Continuously improve development processes and standards to enhance system performance and maintainability.

• Write clear and concise documentation for internal tools, APIs, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience developing backend services using GoLang (Golang).

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and backend scalability.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in backend development, with 2+ years specifically working with GoLang.

• Previous experience in high-performance, high-availability systems is highly preferred.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote schedule, with availability during standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM IST or as agreed).

• Occasional meetings in international time zones may be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and backend performance tuning.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Proficient in building, deploying, and managing microservices.

• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2/JWT.

• Passionate about backend architecture and performance optimization.
