Job Summary

MNC Jobs Info is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Apex development and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our remote development team. As a key contributor to our Salesforce initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and optimizing customized solutions to support business processes and enhance platform functionality. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in working in agile environments with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment in a timely manner.

• Maintain high code quality by following industry best practices, performing code reviews, and writing unit tests.

• Collaborate closely with functional leads, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of features.

• Support ongoing enhancements, releases, and user training efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura Components, and Visualforce.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Process Builder, Flows, and Custom Metadata.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (REST, SOAP, middleware platforms).

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins (preferred).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a plus).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

• Experience working in agile development environments and with remote/distributed teams.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with availability for scheduled team meetings across US or EU time zones.

• Must be reachable during core collaboration hours as agreed upon with the team lead.
