Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and tools for technical support processes.
Troubleshoot technical issues reported by internal users and customers through ticketing systems.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify areas for automation and workflow optimization.
Analyze support data to identify recurring issues and propose automation-based solutions.
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation for tools and processes.
Integrate APIs and third-party tools to streamline support operations.
Monitor and maintain the performance of automation systems and scripts.
Provide support training and onboarding material to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and workflows.
Strong understanding of technical support operations and systems.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with automation tools like Zapier, UiPath, Selenium, or similar.
Familiarity with support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira).
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support, IT automation, or DevOps-related role.
Prior experience in support automation or process improvement projects is highly preferred.
Flexible working hours with core availability required between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekend or after-hours availability may be required based on project needs.
Deep understanding of support lifecycle and customer service best practices.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
