Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications using React.js.

• Translate wireframes and designs into high-quality code.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.

• Debug and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality.

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in React.js and front-end development.

• Participate in agile development ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

• In-depth knowledge of React.js and its core principles.

• Experience with React hooks, Redux, Context API, or similar state management tools.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).

• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in front-end development, specifically using React.js.

• Experience in delivering commercial-grade web applications or enterprise-level projects.

• Prior experience working in agile/scrum teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Full-time | Flexible hours

• Core collaboration hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend sprints if project demands
