✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 8–10 years of hands-on software engineering experience in complex backend and full-stack systems.

• Proven expertise in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C++, JavaScript).

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

• Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

📚 Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 2 years in a staff-level or senior engineering leadership role.

• Experience in remote team environments is a strong plus.
