Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through online platforms, phone calls, and emails to present company offerings.

  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients using CRM tools.

  • Conduct virtual product demos and explain value propositions effectively.

  • Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to drive conversions.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the companys services and updates.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies.

Experience

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours.

  • Must be available to work 6 days a week.

  • 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (depending on project requirements).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good grasp of online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and funnels is an added advantage.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setup.
