Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team as Online Sales Executives. This entry-level, remote-friendly opportunity is ideal for freshers or individuals looking to launch their career in digital sales and customer engagement. You will play a pivotal role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our technology-based products and services via digital platforms.
Engage with potential customers through online platforms, phone calls, and emails to present company offerings.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients using CRM tools.
Conduct virtual product demos and explain value propositions effectively.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to drive conversions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the companys services and updates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional strategies.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach, follow-ups, and sales closures.
Ensure a positive customer experience to promote long-term relationships.
Basic understanding of sales or marketing principles (training will be provided).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable using digital tools like CRM software, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
Ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
No prior sales experience required—ideal for freshers.
Internship or part-time experience in customer support, BPO, telemarketing, or digital platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
Flexible working hours.
Must be available to work 6 days a week.
8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (depending on project requirements).
Good grasp of online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
Basic knowledge of sales pipelines and funnels is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setup.
