Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generators. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity ideal for freshers, career changers, and individuals looking to start a professional journey in sales and marketing through telecalling. As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their needs, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

  • Clearly explain company products/services and assess customer interest.

  • Gather key information and generate leads for the sales team.

  • Maintain call logs and update records accurately in the CRM system.

  • Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging.

  • Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

  • Collaborate with supervisors to improve call outcomes.

  • Maintain a polite and professional demeanor with all prospects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

  • Basic knowledge of using smartphones or computers.

  • Confidence to talk to new people over the phone.

  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • High level of integrity and commitment.


Experience:

  • No experience required.

  • Freshers, homemakers, students, or individuals re-entering the workforce are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or lead generation is a bonus but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Flexible part-time and full-time shifts available.

  • Typical shift: 4–8 hours/day, Monday to Saturday.
