Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver orders from restaurants, stores, or distribution hubs to customer locations safely and promptly.

• Navigate using app-based GPS systems and ensure accurate drop-offs.

• Communicate with customers and support teams in case of delays or delivery challenges.

• Maintain a professional and polite demeanor at all times.

• Follow app instructions and company policies related to delivery processes.

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of delivery equipment (bike, scooter, or cycle).

• Handle cash or digital payments (if applicable) in a secure and trustworthy manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic smartphone literacy to operate delivery applications and GPS.

• Good communication skills in English or local language.

• A valid drivers license (if using a motor vehicle) and appropriate insurance, if applicable.

• Owns a smartphone and a vehicle (bike, scooter, or bicycle).

• Strong sense of responsibility and time management.

• Physically fit and comfortable riding or cycling for extended periods.

Experience

• No formal experience required.

• Prior experience as a delivery rider, food courier, or logistics runner is a plus but not mandatory.

• Freshers and students are highly encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts (morning, afternoon, evening, or late night available).
