Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for dynamic and articulate Call Center Agents to support our growing client service operations during the evening hours. This is an ideal opportunity for college students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain professional experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You will be the voice of our organization, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner

  • Provide product or service information to customers and address their concerns

  • Record detailed and accurate call notes in the CRM system

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and call quality

  • Escalate complex queries or complaints to the relevant departments

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies

  • Participate in training sessions and team briefings to stay updated on products, services, and procedures


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English

  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and professionalism

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free environment for remote work (if applicable)


Experience

  • No prior call center experience required

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is an added advantage

  • Freshers and college students are highly encouraged to apply


Working Hours

  • Evening shifts: 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Flexible scheduling available to accommodate academic commitments

  • Option to work weekends for additional hours and pay


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Good interpersonal and time management skills

  • Familiarity with call center technology is a plus (e.g., dialers, headsets, ticketing tools)
