GracePath Healthcare is actively recruiting compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Healthcare Assistants who are seeking an opportunity to live and work in the United States through a 2025 visa sponsorship program. Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and feeding.
Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration).
Support registered nurses and other healthcare professionals in routine care duties.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
Monitor and report any changes in patient health or behavior to the supervising nurse.
Help transport patients within the facility when required.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall wellbeing.
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or equivalent (preferred, but training available for eligible international candidates).
Basic understanding of healthcare practices and patient care.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
Compassionate nature, strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to make a difference.
Willingness to relocate to the U.S. and work flexible hours.
Prior experience as a CNA, Healthcare Assistant, or in elder care is preferred but not mandatory.

Full-time position with flexible shift options (morning, evening, night).
8-12 hour shifts based on facility needs.
Rotating weekends and holidays may be required.
Understanding of hygiene and infection control practices.
Ability to lift, support, and move patients safely.
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Culturally sensitive and respectful of diverse backgrounds.
Ability to follow instructions and healthcare protocols with precision.
