Job Summary

GracePath Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Entry-Level Caregiver to provide essential support and companionship to elderly or disabled individuals across the United States. This position is ideal for candidates who are new to the healthcare sector and are passionate about improving the quality of life for others. As part of our international recruitment program, selected candidates will be eligible for Green Card sponsorship after meeting performance and eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation for patients with physical limitations

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

• Monitor clients health status and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including light housekeeping tasks

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed

• Accurately document services provided and maintain up-to-date care logs

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A genuine desire to care for the elderly and individuals with special needs

• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Willingness to undergo background checks, health screening, and training

• Strong interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (Green Card sponsorship pathway available after onboarding)

Experience

• No prior caregiver experience is required—full training will be provided

• Previous volunteer or personal experience caring for elderly family members is a plus

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling available: Morning, Evening, and Weekend shifts

• Overtime opportunities based on availability and performance

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
