Job Summary

MNC Jobs Info is looking for dynamic and energetic Sales Executives to join our growing field sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, SIM cards, and data packs through direct customer engagement and field visits. This is a high-impact, target-driven role that offers excellent incentives and career growth opportunities for self-motivated individuals. You will be the face of our telecom products in the local market and act as a trusted advisor to customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, local markets, and prospective customers.

  • Sell SIM cards, mobile handsets, prepaid/postpaid plans, and mobile accessories.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, retailers, and end-users.

  • Provide product demonstrations and explain tariff plans clearly to customers.

  • Submit daily visit reports, feedback, and sales figures to the reporting manager.

  • Educate customers about new mobile services, offers, and promotional campaigns.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for stock, activation, and customer service support.

  • Handle basic after-sales service and address customer concerns if any.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

  • Strong communication and convincing skills in local language (Hindi/regional dialect); Basic English preferred.

  • Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to work independently in the field.

  • Basic knowledge of smartphones, SIM operations, and mobile networks.

  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field travel).


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in direct sales, field marketing, telecom sales, or mobile retail.

  • Freshers with a passion for sales and fieldwork are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Full-time role: 6 days a week

  • Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Sunday off or rotational weekly off (as per local assignment)

  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.

  • High energy level and willingness to work outdoors.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, market coverage, and customer engagement.
