Job Summary

Flipkart, Indias leading e-commerce platform, is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Inventory Associates. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering comprehensive training to help you succeed in the logistics and supply chain field. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment for millions of customers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, count, and log incoming inventory items.

• Conduct daily stock audits to verify inventory accuracy.

• Update inventory records using handheld scanners or warehouse systems.

• Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or damages.

• Support order picking, packing, and restocking activities when required.

• Follow safety and cleanliness standards across the warehouse floor.

• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members for efficient operations.

• Assist in cycle counting and physical inventory processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent education.

• Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse processes is preferred but not mandatory.

• Ability to use a barcode scanner and basic digital systems (training will be provided).

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Good communication skills and a cooperative team attitude.

• Physically fit to lift, move, and manage items as per operational requirements.

Experience

• No prior experience required – this is an entry-level position.

• Prior experience in warehouse or inventory handling is a plus but not compulsory.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 9-hour shifts (including breaks).

• Rotational shift timing (Day/Night).

• Weekly off on a rotational basis.

• Overtime opportunities may be available during peak seasons.
