Job Summary

Flipkart is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Operations Associates. This is an onsite role where you will be a key part of our logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient handling, processing, and movement of products across our fulfillment centers and delivery hubs. This role is ideal for freshers and those looking to begin a stable and long-term career in Indias leading e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.

• Sort, label, and move packages to designated locations within the warehouse.

• Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workplace.

• Perform inventory audits and ensure product availability.

• Coordinate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily targets and quality metrics.

• Assist in loading/unloading delivery vehicles and conducting final dispatch checks.

• Follow all Flipkart policies and procedures regarding handling and movement of goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10th/12th pass from a recognized board.

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations is an added advantage.

• Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights as part of regular duties.

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English or the local language.

• Positive attitude, teamwork, and discipline are essential.

Experience

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or retail operations is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break).

• Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) based on business requirements.

• 6 days working with 1 weekly off (may vary depending on location and workload).
