Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for female candidates who are passionate about visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and digital creativity. You will work closely with our marketing and content team to create impactful designs across various platforms, helping enhance our client communication and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing digital assets including social media creatives, banners, infographics, and web graphics.

• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email templates, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with senior designers, content creators, and marketing managers to execute design projects on time.

• Ensure brand consistency across all designs and platforms.

• Edit images, apply corrections, and optimize graphics for digital use.

• Receive and incorporate feedback to improve designs continually.

• Organize and maintain design assets in an accessible format for team use.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and layout.

• Familiarity with digital content formats and social media specifications.

• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.

• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in graphic designing (Internship/Freelance/Academic Projects accepted).

• Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a minimum of 4–6 hours per day (Monday to Friday).

• Weekend flexibility available for part-time roles.
