Job Description

Apple is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to join its Apple Support team. In this role, you will assist Apple users with troubleshooting, product questions, billing concerns, and technical support — all from the comfort of your home.

As the voice of Apple, you will help deliver the iconic Apple experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class support for Apple products and services (iPhone, Mac, iCloud, Apple Music, etc.)

  • Handle customer queries via phone, chat, or email

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, or account-related issues

  • Guide customers through technical steps in a clear and friendly way

  • Log interactions in Apples internal systems

  • Stay up to date with product launches and features

  • Maintain Apples standards for service quality and empathy


What You will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingual skills are a plus

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and listening skills

  • Passion for technology and Apple products

  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace and high-speed internet
