Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a talented and creative Freelance Email Newsletter Designer to craft visually appealing, engaging, and conversion-driven email campaigns. This remote role is ideal for individuals with a strong eye for design, excellent understanding of branding, and knowledge of email marketing best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling and mobile-responsive email newsletters using brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing strategists to ensure content and design work seamlessly together.

• Create custom graphics, layouts, and email templates using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva.

• Optimize email designs for various email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.) and devices.

• Implement A/B testing on email designs to improve open and click-through rates.

• Ensure all newsletters are aligned with company branding and marketing goals.

• Stay updated on industry trends, design innovations, and evolving email marketing strategies.

• Maintain organized files and design systems to streamline production workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing email newsletters or digital campaigns.

• Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar.

• Strong design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Figma.

• Solid understanding of email design best practices, UX principles, and mobile optimization.

• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and brand consistency.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–3 years of professional experience in email design or digital marketing.

• Freelance or agency experience is a plus.

• Portfolio showcasing past email design work is required.

Working Hours
