Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Dashboard Reporting Specialist to design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal teams and clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about transforming raw data into actionable insights and presenting it through visual storytelling. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly reporting that supports decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Excel.

• Collect and organize data from various internal and external sources.

• Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets and create insightful summaries.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Sales, Marketing) to understand reporting needs and deliver customized solutions.

• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of reports and dashboards.

• Design automated reporting processes to reduce manual workload and improve data availability.

• Monitor dashboard performance and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

• Create documentation and user guides to support non-technical team members in using reports.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard software (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or equivalent).

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and charts.

• Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL knowledge is a plus).

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.

• Strong communication skills to present complex data in a clear and compelling way.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytics-related role.

• Prior remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with HR metrics, KPIs, or workforce analytics is advantageous.

Working Hours

• Flexible working schedule available.

• Core collaboration hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (IST or aligned time zone).

• Must be available for periodic team meetings or report reviews.
