MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a creative, organized, and passionate Remote Event Planner – Virtual Weddings to design and coordinate unforgettable online wedding experiences. As a Virtual Wedding Planner, you will work closely with clients to turn their dream weddings into virtual reality — from intimate ceremonies to large-scale online events.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, theme, and expectations for their virtual wedding.

• Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of the event, including virtual platforms, guest logistics, digital invites, and vendor coordination.

• Source and coordinate with virtual service providers (e.g., online officiants, entertainers, décor designers).

• Create detailed virtual event timelines, layouts, and scripts.

• Oversee rehearsals, live streaming setups, and day-of coordination to ensure smooth execution.

• Manage event budgets, ensuring quality while staying cost-effective.

• Provide post-event support, including recordings and thank-you notes.

• Maintain communication with clients through video calls, emails, and messaging platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in event planning, virtual event management, or hospitality.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Tech-savvy with experience using video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.) and virtual event platforms.

• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage deadlines and handle high-pressure situations.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in wedding/event planning or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in virtual events is a strong advantage.

• Freshers with strong organizational and creative skills are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Some weekend and evening availability may be required for events.
