Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialist teams as required.

  • Document all support interactions, solutions provided, and issue resolutions.

  • Follow company procedures and protocols for data security and support escalation.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

  • Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote desktop applications.

  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or a related field (Freshers with strong tech knowledge may also apply).

  • Prior experience in remote support or virtual customer service is an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible work hours available (Morning, Afternoon, or Night shifts based on availability).

  • Weekend support may be required on a rotational basis.
