Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative and strategic Remote Social Media Manager to manage and grow the online presence of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across various industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for SME clients across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.

  • Create engaging, original, and visually compelling content tailored to each clients brand voice.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

  • Schedule posts and maintain a consistent publishing calendar using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Posts) when required.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably in the SME or startup sector.

  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, engagement tactics, and audience behavior.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in social media tools such as Canva, Later, Sprout Social, or similar.

  • Creativity and eye for detail in visual storytelling.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.


Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Freelancers or candidates with agency experience are welcome to apply.


Working Hours
