Respond to customer queries through live chat or web-based platforms
Provide clear, friendly, and accurate answers to product or service questions
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Maintain professionalism and empathy in every interaction
Follow communication scripts and update internal records
Handle multiple chats simultaneously with proper attention to detail
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate
Excellent written English and typing skills
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat tools
Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently
Quiet and stable internet-enabled workspace
Prior experience in customer service is a bonus (not required)
